I have many problems. At least, I feel like I have many problems. Here’s a list of the top ones usually in my mind:

Ugh, Negative. Be positive.

Move slowly. Think slowly. React slowly.

  1. Meditate.
  2. Exercise.

That’s it!

Do both regularly and you’ll be instantly more aware of yourself and your surroundings. I know, it sounds easier than it is, right?

Become more aware of every present moment to open your true self. It can solve most problems. = more peace and happiness
